Why do I have all these different accounts and what do they do?

All students have three accounts that are automatically created soon after they are officially admitted to the college.

MyJALC is what students use to view their schedules, grades, transcripts, bursar account balance and financial aid information, as well as register/add/drop classes.

Log into MyJALC with your Username/Student ID & Password by clicking the link below and then clicking the Login button near the top. Log into MyJALC here.

Volmail is your student email account. This is how your instructors will communicate with you via email, so make sure that you check it regularly. Log into Volmail here.

You can also elect to receive texts pertaining to other college news or events of your choosing. All students should set up a JALCtext account. Even if you don’t have a cell phone, JALCtext can send you emails instead. To sign up for JALCtext click here.
