FINANCIAL AID |
Secretary. Typing, Filing, making new files, filling bins with Financial Aid paperwork and information, assisting students at the computer stations who are completing FAFSAS. Answer telephones, process mail, check financial aid rosters, copying, scanning, shredding, assembling financial aid packets, inventory, assessments and covering front desk during lunch hours. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. MUST BE FEDERAL WORK-STUDY ELIGIBLE. |

INFORMATION DESK |
Receptionist. General clerical duties including answering phone, photocopying, on-campus errands, and computer work (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet browser, scheduling software, and other programs). Reception duties at the Information Desk employing good customer service skills in-person and over the phone. Assist with Marketing and Public Relations. Assist with Public Relations programming and special events. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. |

LOGAN FITNESS |
Lifeguard. Prevention of injury through surveillance of pool patrons and enforcement of rules. Emergency Response provides appropriate standard of care. Secondary duties as described in Lifeguard Manual. Some shifts may also be assigned to the supervisor's desk. Lifeguard supervisor will monitor patrons entering the pool to ensure proper registration. MUST BE LIFEGUARD CERTIFIED. |
SUMMER |
ACADEMIC AFFAIRS |
Receptionist. Receptionist's duties, including but not limited to, answering phones, taking messages, greeting visitors, students and staff; posting class cancellation notices; filing, copying, distribution of paperwork; word processing on computer; on-campus deliveries; dealing with confidential matters; making coffee/ tea; general housekeeping duties (dusting, washing dishes, minor cleaning): other duties as assigned. MUST BE AVAILABLE IN THE MORNING. |

AUXILIARY SERVICES |
Support Assistant. The Auxiliary Services Support Assistant is a customer-focused position and will work in various areas under the Auxiliary Services umbrella of departments, as needed. This could change from day to day. The General Store � Help customers, cashier, stock products, straightening shelves. CSS � Campus Mail routing, helping walkup student and faculty customers, deliver orders to departments. Purchasing/Receiving � Assist with campus deliveries to departments and other clerical, filing duties. MUST BE AVAILABLE IN THE AFTERNOON. |

PRESIDENT'S OFFICE |
Secretary. Make and distribute copies for the Presidents Office and Board of Trustees staff. Assist with fax and copier. Cover phones for the Presidents Office and, occasionally, for other offices in the Administrative Building as needed. Light keyboarding (i.e., file folder labels, forms). Assist with errands associated with various special events (i.e., annual Christmas luncheon, assembling booklets for special meetings, etc.). Delivering signature folders. Assist other offices in the Administration Building with duties like the above on an as needed basis. Other duties as assigned. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. |
