SPRING | AUXILIARY SERVICES | Support Assistant. The Auxiliary Services Support Assistant is a customer-focused position and will work in various areas under the Auxiliary Services umbrella of departments, as needed. This could change from day to day. MUST BE AVAILABLE IN THE AFTERNOON. |
BUSINESS OFFICE | Secretary. Scan Account Payable check records - primary duty. Filing, copying, answer phones, open mail. Other duties as assigned. MUST BE FEDERAL WORK-STUDY ELIGIBLE. | |
FINANCIAL AID | Secretary. Typing, Filing, making new files, filling bins with Financial Aid paperwork and information, assisting students at the computer stations who are completing FAFSAS. Answer telephones, process mail, check financial aid rosters, copying, scanning, shredding, assembling financial aid packets, inventory, assessments and covering front desk during lunch hours. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. MUST BE FEDERAL WORK-STUDY ELIGIBLE. | |
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY | IT Support Technician. This position requires a student who can work independently, without direct supervision and have a knowledge of computer hardware/software troubleshooting and repair Experience with A/V (audio/visual) equipment, such as projectors, document cameras, audio mixer systems are preferred, but not required. Ability to analyze and problem solve issues face to face and over the phone. Clearly report computer issues and solutions to users and/or help desk personnel. Must be able to clearly describe computer issues and solutions in writing for entry into work order tracking system. Specific duties include, but not limited to: Provide assistance with installation, troubleshooting, and removal of A/V and/or computing equipment. Assist I.T. staff with daily work order assignments, completion of work order records, monitoring computer labs, assist in helpdesk duties and other duties as assigned. Be able to follow directions and work independently on tasks and projects. Have the desire to learn new tasks that range from simple to complex. Dependable, prompt, and be a team player. LOGAN FITNESS | Lifeguard. Prevention of injury through surveillance of pool patrons and enforcement of rules. Emergency Response provides appropriate standard of care. Secondary duties as described in Lifeguard Manual. Some shifts may also be assigned to the supervisor's desk. Lifeguard supervisor will monitor patrons entering the pool to ensure proper registration. MUST BE LIFEGUARD CERTIFIED. | |
PRESIDENT'S OFFICE | Secretary. Make and distribute copies for the Presidents Office and Board of Trustees staff. Assist with faxes, opening mail, and obtaining supplies for the office from stockroom. Cover phones for the Presidents Office and, occasionally, for all the Administrative Building offices as needed. Light keyboarding such as file folder labels, forms. Assist with errands associated with various special events such as annual Christmas luncheon, assembling booklets for special meetings, etc. Assist other offices in the Administration Building with duties like the above on an as needed basis. Other duties as assigned. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. |
