Certificate of Achievement
The Hospitality Management Operations certificate requires 28 credits. Students take classes in Front Office Operations, Supervision in the Hospitality Industry, Quality Management of Service, Restaurant Service and Sales, Meeting and Event Management, and more.
The Hospitality Management Certificate helps students develop leadership skills and management practices that are valued in the hospitality industry. If you are friendly, energetic, creative, self-motivated, a problem-solver, and a hands-on participant, this certificate may be for you.
