Information System Technicians provide general desktop and printer support for a company and/or its clients. IT technicians also provide network support and install networking equipment such as routers, switches, and cabling. IT Technicians regularly monitor networks to ensure they are running optimally.

What You Can Do

IT Technicians may install servers and monitor server systems by running system checks, performing backups, and ensuring that antivirus programs are running and updating regularly. If you are interested in solving network problems and ensuring they are running optimally, this certificate program is for you!
