The Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness and Research plays a pivotal role in supporting John A. Logan College’s efforts to assess, evaluate, and enhance effectiveness. This position involves collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data that supports strategic planning, program evaluations, and institutional decision-making. The coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure the institution meets its goals for student success, retention, and academic performance.
Education & Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Higher Education, Institutional Research, Public Policy, Statistics, or Social Sciences)
