John A. Logan College is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track position in Computer Information Systems to begin Fall 2024. Education & Experience Requirements
Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Forensics, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Support and Networking, or a closely related field
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in any combination of the following: Network Systems Administration LAN design, Windows / Linux OS, Microsoft Server 2021R
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Forensics, Information Technology, or Cyber Security; and certification in CCNA, NET+, and / or A+
Experience Preferred: Palo Alto Switches; Cloud Computing; post-secondary teaching experience in the field
Special Requirements: Security+ or CEH certification
